I was shopping in Daiso JBCC with my mother on 30 September 2017 and as she was looking at some plastics plate for children, two stakes of plate fell to the ground. Take a look at the photos I have taken after the plates fell off the shelves.
The staff removed the two stakes and put them on the floor. After the loud crash, I walked over and saw my mother talking to the staff. My mum was quite in shocked initially, especially when the sales girls came and the only word she said was ' you have to pay for it'. I initially thought it was due to carelessness, this do happens but when I take a look all the way all the plates were displayed, I was very surprised.
My goodness, how can anyone in their right minds fill up the shelves with fragile and easily breakable items in such a way. Look at the photos I have taken. I don't mind paying for the two broken plates, but what pissed me off is that they disregard my comment that they should not stake breakable items in such a way.
The girl just kept reminding the cashiers to make sure that we pay for the broken items. She make no effort is saying that they will rearrange the shelves, etc...

Reason of review: Besides poor customer service, disregarding safety.
Monetary Loss: $12.
Preferred solution: I would like to know what the company will do in such situation.
